BST College believes that developing research capacity is crucial both to its institutional missions and to its survival as an institution of higher education and training. Research output is essential in order to improve and sustain the quality of teaching-learning processes and generate a culture of intellectual endeavors and environment. It also encourages the cross fertilization of ideas and expertise which the College strongly desires to promote. No less important, much of our collaborative work with the business, industry, and the public sector will become a reality through research and disseminating research outputs.
Research conference is held annually and throughout the year faculty staffs are engaged in undertaking action research to improve their teaching experience and for the promotion of their academic career.
